In a document from the female singer’s custody trial, they appointed Jamie Lynn as the manager of the SJB Revocable Trust in the event of her sister’s death.
Britney founded the SJB Revocable Trust in 2004 with the aim of protecting his property and providing financial support for his two sons in the future.
According to The Blast, the 39-year-old singer is the sole beneficiary of the fund. In the worst case that Britney Spears dies, her sister will be the beneficiary. “Her sister will stand on all assets from cash to valuable real estate. According to legal documents collected by The Blast from the court, the above decision was signed and agreed to by Jamie Spears and Andrew Wallet – the attorneys responsible for the case – from 2018.
