Britney Spears Sister Files Court Order To Take Control Of The Star’s Fortune

Jamie Lynn Spears – Britney Spears sister will be the one managing the entire property in case the famous singer dies.

On August 25, the US Weekly reported that the Los Angeles court had an important decision on the property management issue of Britney Spears.

Britney Spears sister will be the one responsible for her property

In a document from the female singer’s custody trial, they appointed Jamie Lynn as the manager of the SJB Revocable Trust in the event of her sister’s death.

Britney founded the SJB Revocable Trust in 2004 with the aim of protecting his property and providing financial support for his two sons in the future.

According to The Blast, the 39-year-old singer is the sole beneficiary of the fund. In the worst case that Britney Spears dies, her sister will be the beneficiary. “Her sister will stand on all assets from cash to valuable real estate. Jamie Lynn is entrusted with the responsibility of raising her two children,” the Blast source said.

According to legal documents collected by The Blast from the court, the above decision was signed and agreed to by Jamie Spears and Andrew Wallet – the attorneys responsible for the case – from 2018.

In this trial, Mr. Jamie asked the court to approve the Fidelity Financial Management company to create an “escrow account” to keep the property of his daughter.

At the same time, the company will act as an advisor to Britney Spears’s future projects.

On August 19, in the Los Angeles high court trial, the singer expected Jodi Montgomery – her medical manager – to have full supervision.

However, according to the New Musical Express, the judge rejected the Toxic voice’s request, continuing to let Mr. Jamie oversee the life and property of his daughter.

The Blast said Britney Spears and the lawyer have the right to file an appeal before September 18. It had to be before the court decides to permanently extend the supervision of the female singer.

In 2008, a California state court granted the supervision of Britney Spears to Mr. Jamie. Accordingly, the court made this decision after the doctor confirmed her psychological instability. Before that, she locked herself and her son in the room for 72 hours.

During the 12 years, Britney Spears spent a lot of money in court to demand the abolition of custody. However, she failed.
